二：操作加工

1.檢查刀具，接通電源，待機器運轉正常后開始作業；

2.提前準備好要加工的木料，將加工木料放在機器平臺上，按下氣動開關，待夾緊木料后，向前勻速推進，加工完成后拉回，松開氣動開關，取出木料；

3.按照要求加工一組，加工完成后檢查榫頭尺寸是否符合加工要求，并進行框試組，合格后再批量作業；

4.在加工過程中要做好安全工作，手不接近刀具，每二小時清掃一次現場。

5.作業結束，切斷電源，清掃現場，并做好當班工作記錄。
