一、數控裁板鋸的分類

二、數控裁板鋸的性能分析

數控裁板鋸可雙向切割，一次定位。電腦裁板鋸只能在一個方向上切割。數控縱橫鋸定位準確，但切割厚度有限，一般不超過100mm。電子往復鋸雖然是單向切割，但雙鋸片電子板鋸的切割高度可達120mm。

數控裁板鋸在原有鋸片的基礎上，還可以加電主軸用于開槽、打孔。這就是多功能的機型了，一般在托盤、包裝行業使用的比較多。有的客戶為了使用方便，甚至加裝兩個電主軸，不得不說這款設備真的使用起來效率比較高，比較方便。有優點必然有劣勢，這款設備的缺點就是他由于是單鋸片切割，切割后會有輕微的崩邊，這也是這款設備的劣勢，對于貼皮或是封邊的加工，用這款設備并不合適。

The difference between the electronic reciprocating saw and the ordinary CNC plate saw and the electronic reciprocating saw mainly lies in the working mode of the saw blade. Open the protective cover of the CNC vertical and horizontal saws, and you can see a square protective box, which is a key component affecting the mechanical function.

From the top of this square box, we can see a black motor, which is a self-contained servo motor. The function of the motor is to control the rotation of the saw blade. However, a separate servo motor controls the rotation of the saw blade to ensure accurate positioning of the blade. At the same time, it also opens up the functional differences between CNC vertical and horizontal saws and electronic panel saws.

Second, the performance analysis of CNC cutting saw

CNC cutting board saw can cut both ways, once positioning. Computerized board saws can only cut in one direction. CNC crossbar saw positioning is accurate, but the cutting thickness is limited, generally not more than 100mm. Although the electronic reciprocating saw is a one-way cutting, the cutting height of the double saw blade electronic plate saw can reach 120mm.

On the basis of the original saw blade, the CNC cutting board saw can also add an electric spindle for slotting and punching. This is a multi-functional model, which is generally used in the pallet and packaging industry. Some customers in order to use the convenience, and even install two electric spindles, have to say that this equipment is really more efficient to use, more convenient. Advantages must have disadvantages, the disadvantage of this equipment is that he is a single saw blade cutting, cutting will have a slight edge, which is also the disadvantage of this equipment, for the processing of skin or edge sealing, with this equipment is not suitable.
