數控實木開料機操作注意事項如下：

1.操作前應裝好防護罩裝置，檢查鋸條有無斷齒、裂紋的現象。

2.安裝鋸條時鋸條應與主軸同心，鋸條孔徑與軸的直徑間隙不應大于0.15～0.2mm，否則鋸條運轉時會產生擺動。

3.法蘭盤的夾緊面需要平整，嚴格垂直于主軸的旋轉中間。要保持鋸條安裝牢固。  

4.勿在沒有保護裝置時操作推臺鋸。

5.換工具、排除故障和進行修理之前一定要關掉電源，例如把主電源鎖上。換鋸條孔徑需要相同，不許使用松動的墊片。不許使用變形、少齒或者崩邊的鋸條。

6.工作人員穿緊身工作服，不得戴戒指、手表或手鐲。工作地點要防滑，并且有足夠的照明亮度。工作時要站在工件反彈區域之外。機器啟動之前移除鋸條周邊的雜物。

7.當木工帶鋸機鋸條完全達到轉速的情況下才能進行鋸切。沒有其他輔助設備時，不得使用推臺鋸和縱剖圓鋸機對圓木進行開料和鋸切。工作場地噪聲較大，因此工作時要戴耳塞。

數控實木開料機鋸片斷裂的原因有：

1、重量太重了。

2、張緊裝置是為保護鋸片而設計的，如果裝置發生故障，鋸片將失去保護并破裂或斷裂。

3、 鋸輪偏心、不圓或靜平衡不好，會引起鋸片振動，沖擊鋸片，使鋸片斷裂。

4、 刀片的質量會很差。

5、 鋸片連接處工藝不合格，而且容易從接頭處斷裂。

6.Staff wear tight-fitting overalls and are not allowed to wear rings, watches or bracelets.The work place should be non-slip and have sufficient lighting brightness.Stand outside the rebound area of the workpiece when working.Remove debris around the saw blade before the machine starts.

7.Sawing can only be carried out when the saw blade of the woodworking band saw machine fully reaches the speed of rotation.When there is no other auxiliary equipment, push table saws and longitudinal circular saws shall not be used to cut and cut logs.The workplace is noisy, so wear earplugs when working.

The reasons for the fracture of the saw blade of the CNC solid wood cutting machine are：

1. The weight is too heavy.

2. The tensioning device is designed to protect the saw blade. If the device fails, the saw blade will lose protection and break or break.

3. The saw wheel is eccentric, not round, or the static balance is not good, which will cause the saw blade to vibrate, impact the saw blade, and cause the saw blade to break.

4. The quality of the blade will be very poor.

5. The process of the saw blade connection is unqualified, and it is easy to break from the joint.
